Shipping policy
Dispatch Times
We ship orders Monday to Friday. Purchases made before 1pm are typically dispatched the same working day. During peak periods (such as sales or promotions), dispatch may take a little longer. All weekday orders placed by 1pm will be sent no later than the next working day, unless otherwise noted on our website.
UK Mainland Express Delivery
Deliveries are made via DPD or APC PREMIUM. Once dispatched, parcels usually arrive within 1–2 working days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking updates by email/text, including a 1–2 hour delivery slot on the day of delivery. All parcels are fully tracked and insured.
Remote & Offshore Deliveries
Orders to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland are sent with alternative couriers. These shipments are tracked and insured, and delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your postcode.

Missed Deliveries
DPD makes one delivery attempt. If you’re unavailable, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest DPD Pickup Shop, where it can be collected within 7 days. If the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it once you confirm your address and pay the return fee (£4.99) along with the new shipping cost.
Safe Place & Neighbour Deliveries
For security reasons, we require all deliveries to be received in person. If you request delivery to a safe place or neighbour, this is done at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen in such cases, and refunds will not be provided.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or extra charges caused by incorrect address information. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any additional costs will be your responsibility.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no cost up until the point of dispatch. Once dispatched, shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will need to cover the return postage if cancelling. If you wish to cancel after receiving your order, please follow our returns process.
Delivery Services
As of 08/07/2025, UK mainland deliveries are handled by DPD Express and APC PREMIUM Priority. While we aim for next-day delivery, it cannot be guaranteed. Unexpected delays may occur due to traffic, courier issues, or depot backlogs beyond our control.
